Welcome to Brighton Cheerful. We run laughter and play workshops for team building, stress management, to promote well-being and simply to have fun! We cover London, Brighton and the surrounding areas.
Laughter energises, relaxes, calms, and connects us. Regular laughter can help us to become more playful and creative in our daily lives and significantly reduces stress.
Laughter increases oxygenation in the body, boosts endorphin levels, boosts the immune system and increases our resilience to pain.

I am currently running online laughter yoga sessions via zoom. We meet for 15 minutes on a Monday and Thursday morning at 8.30am. Please email for further information.
